Our bylaws allow one dog under 12 inches tall and two cats.  No reptiles or aquariums are allowed. The condominum corporation has the right to require you to remove a pet that doesn't comply with the condominium bylaws. The condominum bylaws are located under the condo docs tab.

The cost for an additional parking stall is $30.  To get on the parking stall waiting list, please email wcg@urbantec.ca and you will be contacted with availability of spots.

Yes! Your tenant is required to sign the tenancy agreement and acknowledge that they are aware of the condominum bylaws and common property rules. 

The condominium bylaws restrict only 3 people to live in one unit. This rule is in place as the sewer and water systems in place do not support more people in our complex. The condo corporation has the right to evict both owners and tenants that do not abide by the condo corporation's bylaws under the Alberta Condominium Property Act.

All exterior yard space is common property, however you are responsible for maintaining the grass adjacent to your unit or within your fenced yard.
