There is a new book library at the main entrance. Please take a book and leave a book.
Units with wood burning fireplaces are not allowed to opperate their fireplace without a certified WETT test submitted to Urbantec. This must be completed annually.
Only household garbage in the dumpsters on site. Please do not leave anything outside the bins. Ensure all garbage is within the dumpster. Report any dumping to wcg@urbantec.ca
If you have guests park in the visitor parking, they must have a permit.

Would you like to volunteer to make our community better?

We have curb paint! If any one would like to volunteer to re-paint our curbs, please reach out. All materials will be provided. We will also supply paint for the fences along Bonaventure Drive, if we have people to do the work. It would be great to have a team to tackle these items in the spring.

We're looking for volunteers to join both our repairs & gardening committee. If you're interested in making our community better please send an email with your interest to wcg@urbantec.ca More details in FAQ
